The waves of the sea create uncertainties whether your drone lands upside down or not, but with Spry Drone, this should not be an issue. You can flip the flight mode switch to put in on manual mode and it will just go underwater, flip and float back with the motors facing up. Easy peasy. As of the moment, Spry may have no payload release yet, but there are a lot of possibilities in the future. It got an expansion port at the bottom for future accessories which could be a small bait release that can lift up to 340 grams. Spry- 100% waterproof with equally 100% waterproof remote control. Spry available in the USA at UrbanDrones.com. It shipped from the US, so place your order now by calling 954-213- 4977.
Ordered a goggle and transmitter for my FD1 Drone. Arrived rather quickly. Easy plug and play. I already had the camera. Now I am set to fly and take videos.
Thanks Carlo V for your support and video you sent me on how to install transmitter.
Ordered a swellpro max. Shipped the same day and showed up with a paper in the box telling me who tested and verified the drone worked before it shipped. Nice to know your toys won’t arrive DOA. Definitely be back
The only thing waterproof is the material. The backpack literally does not zip up all the way which isn’t a big deal since the drone is gonna get wet. The thing that is a big deal is that the basic stuff you take to dive a drone doesn’t fit in the somewhat waterproof bag. You either leave the reel out or the drone and you’re gonna have to carry something in your hand. The hard case is stupidly overpriced and you typically have that worry of “is this gonna be an overpriced pile of trash”. So, do I buy or no?
