Excellent team to work with. I had 1 item (cable) that was a misunderstanding in ordering. The right cable was found, ordered and sent out the same day. Great response time.
The grabber claw works perfectly as expected. The only issue is had which was not Urban Drones fault was the shipping. I made the mistake of choosing 2 day USPS instead of the FedEx option. That 2 day shipping turned into 14 days. So do yourself a favor and choose either FedEx or UPS you'll be much happier. And Thank you to Urban Drones for following up on that.
